We hired them to move us during Hurricane Sandy to our new apartment. They gave us a quote over the phone based on which we hired them. But then ended up adding way too many additional costs during the move and when we questioned them they threatened us to drive away with our stuff. Also the prices they charged us for some of the packaging material were outrageous. They charged us like $200 just for climbing down a flight of stairs, this when we didn't have any furniture to move at all. This was not mentioned when they gave us the quote and to make things worse they left the stuff right in front of the staircase of the new apartment and we had to take it up ourselves. Also they never mentioned that they would include traveling time and charged us for the 2 hours of travel time from their office to our apartment. Save yourself and hire another company. Satisfied moving left us highly unsatisfied.
