The crew was very accommodating and even they use some packing materials without charging me for it. I have heard so many stories about how movers work that once they show up the price goes double or triple that when the person in charge showed me the bill (same $$ as the price I was quote from the office) I was so happy that I wanted to hug him.
Everything was very professional, they really went out of their way to make me happy, I will recommend them without any doubt, it's very hard to find honest movers those day.

Flat Fee Moving crew was our eyes and made sure all the items in the list were picked up, they crew member also informed us that some pieces in the warehouse were damage and took pictures for us.
The day I planned and scheduled the move for, day before that date it was some heavy storm and let me say this, they still showed up in the morning almost as planned and did my move safe and clean. Nidal is the owner and he also goes by "Danny" as a manager and he didn't honor the quote emailed to us by his nice employee, Vanessa. We don't have time for these games while trying to move. Flat Fee Moving wasted a lot of our time and I was very disappointed by this company. We asked to speak to the owner, but they said he wasn't in so the manager, "Danny" would speak with us and he was extremely rude to me! I do not recommend them and needless to say, we hired another moving company.
