This is a really good place to get a car. I found them online and applied for a Jeep I liked. They got back to me quickly and I went to see the car the following day. Sierra was the sales rep. that showed me the car and was really cool to talk to. Since it was late in the day we couldn't really set anything up, but she explained they could have it ready for me the net day. Unfortunately though, they called to tell me the car was leaking what appeared to transmission fluid. They checked it out and Sierra told me she didn't feel comfortable sending me home in that car. She offered to work with me on another car, but since they didn't have another Jeep like that i had to decline.
We drive all the way from upstate 1hr 50 min away to look at at an SUV that we called about. They said it had a third row. But when we got there it did not. We made a offer later and they wanted to change $1400 in fees on a $3000 SUV. We walked out. The fees were not even the taxes or registration. Just bull
I'd like to point out that they could have just sent me on my way in that car and then it would have been my problem. They are honest people and they won't take advantage of you. So, even though I didn't get the car, I'm not mad at all. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff here will take care of you. Sierra was great and the manager was a cool guy too. They will try to work with you to the best of their abilities.
Had a meeting with Ghani the owner of Frank Motorcars 10/11/17,He has since hired new management and we agreed on a partial refund. Ghani is a good man and truly wants to do right by the customer.
Excellent service great staf, they made me feel right at home and helped purchase my first vehicle.. I definitely recommend them
