After a devastating accident, my husband and I found ourselves at Enterprise Car Sales in need of a new vehicle. We've gone through this process several times with many other dealerships and this was by far the best experience we've ever had! Luckily for us, it was so quick and easy that i couldn't believe it! The staff was patient, friendly and extremely professional. They even engaged with our 3 year old son Ethan (especially Kay Kay)! They deserve 10 stars! Forever thankful to that team!
We had the most satisfied and positive experience at this location with our salesman Jon. He really did his best to make us feel confident in our choice and made it a true seamless process. He went above and beyond for us. My family had gone with me to multiple dealerships over the course of 6 months. I was never satisfied with other places either with the cars they were showing me or just their customer service. I went in one random Saturday with my whole family and Jon made us feel so comfortable. Told him what I wanted, he found the best fit on the lot, and we purchased it that day. Went in the next day to pick it up because he got me brand new tires when he found a nail in the tires. He went above and beyond by getting me a gift card for the trouble of coming in again. Overall he made us feel really confident with our choice. Their cars are all in mint condition and come with a warranty that most dealerships can’t offer. The whole process he was there. Jennifer and Mohammad in the Finance Department also went above and beyond. The whole place is really comfortable and they have the best customer service. Coming from someone who had been shopping for a long time and finally meeting these people who were able to help me purchase the car I wanted without feeling uneasy about my choice!
Buying 2 cars here at Enterprise with Robert. However all the car sales agents are so helpful and courteous and easy to talk to. I love their selection and most of all the prices. Low mileage and low prices. You should definitely take a look.
Awesome!! Best in car dealership in America! My wife and I went to the dealership expecting for them to come to us as if we were fresh meat. But instead they were so polite and respectful. Robert the sales Rep. Was Great! Very nice and Respectful person with a heart of gold. He helped me look for exactly what I wanted, He didn't show me a car I didn't want. My wife and I are happy with the car I we got. So we would definitely Refer many to this Enterprise car sales.
I purchased a car from this dealership and was quite impressed with the entire process. There was no hard sell tactics, and the staff was so professional and helpful. Even watching other customers with their transactions confirmed that this was quite a different "used" car lot. But the most concrete proof of standing by their product happened AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Mohammad and his staff honored their commitment to the condition of the vehicle by covering a necessary repair 100%. Tremendous peace of mind for me!
