One star only because google would not allow me to post a review without a star rating but no stars are necessary to describe such a horrible experience. The objective of enlisting a booking agency is to ensure that the process of booking a trip is as simple as can be as opposed to proceeding without "professional" guidance. The idea of paying such a significant amount of money to ultimately end up with a cancelled trip and absolutely no notification of said cancellation is outrageously unprofessional. If you're in need of being scammed out of a great honeymoon experience this is exactly the kind of business you should seek out seeing as they seem to specialize in taking people's money without much interest in actually doing their job. This agency is such a scam and my apologies go out to all those newlyweds that have been implicated by this level of incompetence...

We are 4 days before we are supposed to go on our honeymoon and she claims that it was canceled. I called Sandals and they did not have a reservation for us. 4 days before we leave! We called her and she forwarded our calls, then decided to all us this morning 9/20 to say that she is trying to rebook after she has been dodging us since last Thursday 9/14. DO NOT USE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worse experience ever! 32 days away from wedding day and find out our guests were lied to, we were lied to, and bookings were never made. Sue emails guests like a bill collector to cover her own ass ... took our deposit and never booked our rooms. Called sandals and can't locate our room block. We were never offered options on room choices, she arbitrarily picked the highest price so she could make the highest fee... Unbelievable! Unprofessional!!
