The Hair Club Elmwood Park Staff is professional, courteous and always pleasant....smiles are plentiful and the service is excellent. The location is easily accessible with ample free parking and the office accords the privacy and atmosphere that clients both appreciate and enjoy. My Stylist Francesca does a superlative job and I consider her an Artist in the Trade...each visit is a pleasant experience and I have been a client for 10 years and never been disappointed.... I walk out of there feeling good about my appearance, the natural look in color, texture and style...having that natural appearance is so important to me... AND I would also like to compliment Joann for her Administrative efficiency ,expertise and conscientiousness with regard to scheduling my appointments and pleasant persona to myself and all the clients on each visit ...The support products they offer are also excellent and specifically designed for the clients,(shampoos, conditioners etc) they cover every aspect to achieve a highly satisfied customer base...and I wouldn't have it any other way from the client perspective...Rob N.

I loose my time with my appointment in 200 RIVERFRONT BOULEVARD 2ND FLOOR ELMWOOD PARK, NJ 07407. The girl who was supposed to be very qualified don't know not even the name of the hormone that must of the people loose in the hair loss process. Well, I was looking for a professional person who tell me why it's the reason that I'm loosing hair but what I found was someone whom was selling me products without knowing the reason why I'm loosing hair, speculating without making any test. That's not what you see in the comercials. Or what you expect from a professional of the hair loss. Very bad.

I went in for my consultation with Adriana Milanese. She was great and very informative. She took the time to explain everything in great detail. We went over different payment options and financing. I wasn't able to get the financing I needed; however, Adriana went a step further for me and was able to get me approved for a little money down and in-house payments. If it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have been able to get started. When I went in for my first EXT service, I met with Alicia Hernandez. She was great, too! She also went into great detail on how the whole process works and what I could expect if I followed the program as required. She made me feel very comfortable and she is great at her job. The people at the Hair Club in Elmwood Park, NJ are very kind and considerate. They have the best attitudes possible. They made me feel welcome and I walked out of there with a new outlook on my present condition.
I have to tell you, I love this place and the people are great! Brittnee Hughes is an unbelievable Leader there, I had a mix up and immediately it was taken care of by her and her team. I love the energy, place is clean and the staff is awesome, so nice when you walk in, it's like family.
