Our Loan payment was running late due to medical problems so for some un-Godly reason they called our LANDLORD who lives downstairs looking for us and embarrassed the living hell out of us. He was NOT happy with that phone call. So not right.
The service that I have received from the OneMainFinancial office located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey has been extremely poor. The branch manager, Ellen Ganz was suppose to call me back over two weeks ago. As of today, May 9 I am still waiting to hear back from her. Very disappointing to say the least.
Elwood park office treats you poorly and belittles you. Plus you can not do this loan unless you own a vehicle!! They should state that from the beginning instead of them run your credit for no reason!!!
