Don't reserve here...you show up to find that they have no cars and they have overbooked reservations. Also you come to find that they won't accept driver's licenses from other states other than the Tri-State area. I was traveling from Florida and have a license from that state. So, I had call in a family member from NYC to come and rent the car for me.
After having a less than optimal experience at another Enterprise nearby I decided to come to this branch. I'm very glad I did! They do know and value customer service and the car provided more than performed to the expected levels.
I was very disappointed with the service I received. Upon returning the rental I was told I could get a ride home. Once I closed out and received my bill I was informed that they were closing soon and could not drop me off and suggested I catch an Uber. I suggested they give me the rental back since it was only a half day and I was charged for the whole day. Reluctantly, she gives me the car back and I returned it the following morning. They charged my credit card for an additional day!!! Unbelievable... I called and left numerous messages and the manager didn't have the decency to return my calls. I also stopped by the location twice inquiring about my refund and got the runaround. It took a week to refund the charge back to my credit card. Since the company I work for has an account with Enterprise I will be advising them to look elsewhere as this location is the worst ever!!!!

I dont think i would ever refer someone to this enterprise location again. I held a car for a month because my car broke down and had to pay about $8000.00 to get it fixed. I took the car back spoke to someone in there, not sure if he's the manager. He was on his phone all this time i was in there, talking to whoever it was because he decided to put that person first before me. I still didnt utter a word. I explained the situation to him and let him know I'm low on funds and if possible waive one week or something to help me out. He never cared about anything, i got the receipt and it was a whole bunch of charges on the receipt which i wasn't even aware off. I don't know how people can be so heartless like someone hold a car for a month, put in oil from their own pocket, purchased washer fluid from their own pocket and yet you wouldn't do anything to help. I also need the money i spent on the washer fluid and oil back. If I was evil i will just drive the car until it blows up the engine with no oil in it and file a suit on top. I took the car to a auto shop to get oil in it , treated the car like my own and manager or whoever it is couldn't be kind enough to waive some of the days off. I just need my money spent on oil and fluid back since u guys want to be so petty. I can't believe this. Some people are soo heartless in this world, after telling this guy i paid $8000 to fix a car , he still charged me $1300 wow. If you really want to rent a car go else where not this place. I called this morning and one lady picked up and also shouting like she didnt want to listen to anything i was saying .how heartless can you people be and call this customer service. God is Just. Thats all i can say, let me get my money back for the oil and washer fluid.
