Every time I go to this branch I leave aggravated with the incompetent staff, I asked to speak with the manager and she's even worse...her attitude and lack of knowledge just made me want to slap her silly (I didn't). I made an appointment to closed my account. I already opened an account elsewhere. #BankofAmerica if you don't want to continue to lose customers please re-train your staff and get rid of the rude incompetent branch manager.
I was carrying my saving bank account for last 30 years but unfortunately I closed this account today because of Catherine attitude and bad behave. I am advising to every one to close their accounts.
